Preferred Remodeling & Construction Co. is an independent general contracting firm based in Smithtown, New York that has served Long Island homeowners for more than 23 years. The projects below are a representative sample of the interior and exterior work we complete every year — full kitchen and bathroom renovations, finished basements, custom cabinetry, home additions, exterior siding, decks, patios, framing, and the trim and finish carpentry that ties a project together. Every job you see here was designed, built, and installed by our own in-house crew of seven carpenters. Nothing was subcontracted.
