East Hampton is a city characterized by its beauty along the coast and is known to have architectural uniqueness and fine living. From historic cottages to modern estates, each house needs areas that are as elegant and comfortable as the Hamptons lifestyle.
Preferred Remodeling and Construction Co. has been building exquisite bathrooms for very sophisticated Long Island homeowners for the last 23 years. Our remodels strike the right balance between timeless Hamptons style and contemporary performance—to provide tailored spaces that are elegant, efficient, and affordable.
Whether you are remodeling an old house and still maintaining the nostalgic look or you are building an estate that has a spa theme, our skilled workforce will do a job that will fit the nature of your property as well as the living standard of your day.
Even the most beautiful houses may contain old-fashioned and ineffective bathrooms. A lot of East Hampton houses (regardless of their grandeur) have outdated designs, shabby interiors, or building materials that do not match the climate along the coast.
Our bathroom remodeling services deal with such challenges by coming up with tailor-made solutions that suit the homes of the Hamptons. Our materials are moisture-proof, have sophisticated ventilation and high-quality finishes that resist humidity and salt air.
East Hampton homeowners are demanding professionalism, discretion and craftsmanship that will not devalue their property. Our team will offer white-glove service throughout the process, which is characterized by the clarity of communication, perfect worksites, and careful attention to details that will be a sign of the elegance of your home.
Each of the projects will be initiated with a one-on-one design consultation. We evaluate your architecture, talk about your style, and make detailed plans that capture your vision—classic Hamptons beauty, modern coastal minimal or high-end transitional beauty.
We deal with all the details: demolition, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tile, cabinet, and finishing. A single point of contact, a single team and total responsibility throughout.
We custom-made master suites to look like intimate spas. Inspired by the double vanities and soaking tubs to walk-in showers with marble surrounds, each component is selected to be comfortable, symmetric, and elegant.
East Hampton has old houses that need preservation and genuineness. We maintain original craftsmanship but quietly modernize plumbing, lighting and ventilation to meet the current performance without hindering the appearance of the period.
Enjoy luxurious features such as radiant floors, frameless glass showers with rainfall heads, free-standing soaking tubs and custom vanities, designer lighting and built-in smart features. Our mission: to bring home the resort-level experience.
Relied-upon Long Island Experience.
As we have been serving Suffolk County, we are aware of local architecture and codes, as well as the preferences for designs that are specific to the Hamptons.

Our crew takes care of all the details, including permits and final polishing, and makes sure that your renovation project stays within the timeline and the budget.
Refined Craftsmanship
We take pride in our precise tile work, high-quality finishes, and custom millwork that will enhance your space.
Transparent Pricing

Unobtrusive, Business-like Service.
We have a skilled staff who strive to honor your privacy, property and demands of excellence.
Bathrooms of high-end bathrooms of twenty years ago can look worn-out nowadays. We substitute dense decorations, cumbersome granite, and compact fabrications with spacious, classic designs with huge-format slabs, smooth accessories, and natural finishes.
Clutter disrupts luxury. We include bespoke vanities, recessed medicine cabinets and floor-to-ceiling cabinets to create a smooth flow and easy elegance.
Even high-quality finishes can be spoiled by coastal humidity. We offer high-level ventilation systems, dehumidifiers, and moisture-proof materials that maintain their beauty and functionality over the years.
We redesign bathrooms to make them more comfortable and usable. We create separate vanity areas, install privacy partitions, improve circulation, and design friendly spaces that will accommodate both couples and visitors.
We overlay lighting as a mood and as a practical need—vanity task lights, low ambient uplights, accent mirrors and architectural lights, supported by natural light where it is not blocked off.
Luxury is not really about abundance—it is about quality and durability. Our company focuses on high-quality handicraft at transparent and reasonable prices as a result of effective project management and good relations with suppliers.
We assist you to spend your money where it counts most, which is on durable materials, classic designs, and upgrades that will make a big impact in the long run. We renovate without wasting money on products that are not relevant to us but provide beauty, performance, and practicality.
